"The suspect, who subsequently received light punishment, was accused of attacking three officers. The drawing includes a person swinging a nightstick called an asp. The words "asp time" and "skell," slang meaning someone who deserves to die, are written next to the sketch. After the incriminating depiction and words were discovered, the case was resolved through a plea bargain that resulted in a suspended sentence and community service."
