What can a non-medic do for a head injury? He called it in.

Ideally a small contingent of officers would surround him and provide a protection barrier until the paramedics came.

I think someone shoved too hard on accident and had an oh shit moment.

That said - who goes towards police who are moving the line? Get out of the way!
