Yes. He was moving around and I believe he refused to get in the back of the police vehicle because he told them he has claustrophobia.

This is why he wound up on the floor. What happened once he was on the floor, knee to the neck while saying "I can't breathe" is what outraged people.

A close up shows him dropping a white bag once cuffed.

My guess is Chauvin heard, "I can't breathe" as just bullshit and a verbal escalation not a legit plea.
