Chauvin should get a fair trial. Thats the way we do business in this country. Innocent until found/proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt by a jury of your peers as I recall. If James Earl Ray, O.J. Simpson, Charlie Manson etc.got fair trials, no reason to doubt that a fair trial will he had here... or there, depending on the venue..All this, assuming he gets by his check up from the neck up (AKA Psych. evaluation) to see if he's mentally fit to stand trial in the first place. |
