Violence and criminal activity, on the other hand, is rightfully stopped by police.100% agreed. It's morally wrong, illegal, and bad tactics. Nobody on this thread is saying that you can’t peacefully protest for reform nationwide. However, JayZ is correct in saying that many people, including many on OTChat, asserted that Colin Kaepernick did not have the right to protest. Without at all excusing destruction of property or attempted murder of police officers, maybe these violent protests wouldn't have happened if so many people hadn't been so dismissive of Kaepernick's actions. |
