I mean nyc'ers seem to have more second homes, etc in other parts of the state and influence those area more than PA's seem to do

What are you referring to?

Suffolk, Orange, Putnam, Sullivan, Greene, and Delaware Counties went for Trump.

Ulster, Dutchess, and Columbia went for Clinton.

Not seeing a pattern related to second homes.
