Young nurses get huge doses of the virus.A bunch of people in a park are unlikely to be densely packed, and they'll only be inhaling each others' breath, not inhaling droplets of coughed phlegm. I am absolutely not suggesting this is a safe thing to do. I'm just saying it's not likely to cause many direct deaths of participants, which is what the prior poster was suggesting. I am much more concerned about the indirect effect, where these protestors then go and infect elderly people (like me) in the supermarket. |
