Yes Joe, you can do that but it must not be with a harvest of 35 or 40 votes being mailed online by one person. And each person must identify that he is using his own E-mail address and can be used only by him and his spouse.....NO ONE ELSE. Of course, so me hacker could turn that into a joke and be able to commit a fraud by somehow getting the E-mail. You liberals look fdor all kind of way to get around the old fashionedway of going ot the polls or to the mailbox. I take the view that if there is a will, there is a way to get to the mailbox or to the polls. There is no cheating that way. |
