Yes, and it is excruciatingly slow, replaced TMER interubans in the 1950's. It connects with METRA at Kenosha. I don't know if they are running that far now, although a couple of hospitals on the Wisconsin side have reverse commuters from Chicago

As of tomorrow, the 2 remaining Amtrak Hiawatha trains will be buses for a month. Ridership is down 90%.
