But according to your logic, you as a gay man know the risks of unprotected anal sex. So if you engage in high risk sexual behavior then if you become HIV positive and it becomes AIDS. then you should refuse a hospital bed and treatment.

As to your other comment. Yes, my wealth is more important than your health. Then again I'm sure that if I were sick and need massive amounts of cash to pay for my treatment, you'd donate your retirement funds to pay for my care. I just don't like you enough.
