That is where the wheat is pulverized, boiled in water and shaped. Then it's sent off.The most meat I’ll consume at any time is 6oz, and that’s only fish and sometimes chicken. One needs a full spectrum varied diet. I have no weight problems either. If I eat too much, I’ll just climb another mountain that week, or spend an extra afternoon on the water (yay). your diet is deadly. |
