I know from a poll worker that many people show up in Los Angeles with their vote already used. It's very common. What happens is that both votes are allowed on a provisional basis.Some of these may be accidental. For example a polling station may have 15 registered John Williams' or Jose Gonzalez' and they tick the wrong one. But not all. |
