How has Cuomo withheld Hydroxychloroquine?He hasn't. I just posted an excerpt from a NY Times article quoting various NYC hospital sources that are administering it to quite a few patients. The fact that the death rate hasn't plummeted proves that it has limited effectiveness at best. It very well be worthwhile, but it isn't some great cure. |
