Sad. Other arts organizations have done better by their performers. NYC Ballet has canceled its whole spring season, but will still pay its employees. And they have an empty building to maintain also.As to whether what the Kennedy Center is doing is legal, that would depend on the detailed wording of the collective bargaining agreement. |
