Had there been NATIONAL policies, and you are fine with having none of them, there would have no Mardi Gras, or any otehr similar event.

You are fine letting Trump off accepting zero responsibilities for anything. Trump is a WEAK, feeble leader with a Big Mouth and no grasp of reality. He is still 75% wrong of everything he says at his 5pm pressers.
