The first likely doesn’t violate 1A because they can just use Zoom or other methods. Closing gun stores likely violates 2A. What is your take on Ohio and Texas trying to deem abortions as elective procedures so that they are not authorized due to Coronavirus? Prof. Eugene Volokh on his website hosted by a Reason has great discussions about each of those issues.
