Whichever, but putting potentially false hopes on a med can lead to stupid people to do even stupid things.

"Doctor" Rand Paul takes a Covid-19 test, and while awaiting results, eats in close proximity other Senators, goes to the pool, and Capitol gym, after most gyms had been shut to the public. He must have gotten his medical degree from the Sears Roebuck catalog. He tested positive, which means he can spread it, asymptomatic or not. They should pull his medical license if it hasn't been already.
