So you were okay with insurances denying people life saving or necessary medical care?Got you. People are against it because Republicans lie about it. Period. Healthcare for all if implemented properly would save thousands of people a year, infact one study said it would save over 68,000 lives a year. It would make the economy stronger because people instead of going to work sick or worse not come back to work due to not being to physically would instead seek treatment and come back to work increasing productivity. Also an overall healthier population decreases medical costs overall. A healthier population is a prosperous one. Unfortunately the people in congress and president trump who dont support that have access and can afford the best healthcare possible. Sadly we have evanglicals and republicans who talk about god and country but dont give a shit about saving their fellow countryman's life if it meant a few cents more on their taxes. Or as I call it Christian Lip service. |
