Two different approaches. Trump sees this as an issue where a comparatively small number of people with mental issues and/or addictions are ruining the quality of life for everyone else. His solution will be to somehow enforce existing laws California sees this as an issue where capitalism and the rich have failed the state and it’s solution will be to tax everyone until everyone in the state has a decent home. |
