It's pretty obvious. Anti-abortion laws attempt to exert state control over women's reproductive systems. Women generally don't like that. These laws (which are not actually meant to pass) attempt to exert state control over men's reproductive systems. The point is to make men think about that and say "No, I don't like that" also. |
