How do you know? Do you even know what a "Constitutional lawyer" is? Your metaphor of the urologist fails because medical licensing requires specialty, attorney licensing doesn't. A urologist is actually prohibited from doing a colonoscopy. I'm allowed to argue whatever I'm asked before the Supreme Court.
