The definition has changed over time. It is no longer 1789. There is this thing called the Militia Act of 1903.

- Naval Guard & Militia
- Reserve Militia (male 17 - to 44) IF "are ultimately eligible to be CALLED UP into military service"
- State Defense Force

You foamers do NOT fit any of those categories. The Pentagon has not called you.
