No one us claiming it never happens, but there is no way such a sobering statistic can be explained away. And this is just murder we are discussing from the FBI link YOU posted. And we used it as it was a near identical amount of murders between blacks and whites (before adjusting for the fact that whites outnumber blacks 6 to 1), so it's a straight out easy 6 times more likely number. There were crimes on there which were significantly HIGHER than the white number. And adjusting for the 6 to 1 ratio makes those crimes even more dismal than 6 times more likely than whites.
You can claim some may happen as you say, but you can't explain away such a horrific disparity as 6 times more likely, or in the case of some other crimes even more than 6 times more likely.
It's absurd to say whitescan get off 5 out of the 6 times (or more in the case of other crimes) than blacks.
