There are plenty of studies that shows that the justice system is harsher to blacks for the same crime. But that doesn't negate the fact that blacks clearly commit crimes at a greater rate.There is a strong correlation between crime and poverty, and a strong correlation between poverty and being black, so that isn't surprising. |
