Assuming, arguendo, that they did, they would deserve to rule over the entire country.James Madison made it clear that he believed that there is no evidence that the large states would all move as one bloc, so the whole small state/big state division was a non-issue to him. The fact that the top three states are CA, TX, and FL proves that point. |
