He's right.
These are 2017 stats.

According to the statistics the abortion rate was:
2017:
White: 280,000
Black: 295,000

No, even forgetting that Whites outnumber Blacks 6 to 1, Blacks STILL have a higher amount of abortions. Now adding in the fact that Whites DO outnumber Blacks 6 to 1, Blacks are more than 6 times more likely to have an abortion.
