Daylight time is superior.This is all relative to the things in your life that are time-inflexible. If your employer mandates a 9 to 5 day, then yes, you may find one regimen inherently superior to another. But other employers mandate an 8 to 4 day, in which case the circumstances are completely different. Other employers have flextime, in which case it probably doesn't matter much. |
