Setting it on the half hour in the middle is probably the most ideal, but also most difficult to implement without worldwide orchestration.Between daylight and standard, we spend most of the year on daylight, so if SC will be going out on a limb and be different, at least keeping it on daylight will keep things the same for most of the year, including the high travel season. |
