The current government has not enacted any policies that have improved the economy.

Some older articles from non-Fox sources: CNBC (September 2018) credits his deregulation for economic growth.
CNN (July 2018) credits his tax cuts for economic growth.

Democrats deserve credit too with the minimum wage hikes at state and local levels (it totally fucks over small business, but big business benefits from the reduced competition and employees benefit from the improved buying power in high cost of living areas).

If by "the current government" you mean the Democrat-controlled House which took over last year I'd agree. But, USMCA has finally squeaked through, as has China trade deal "part 1", so it will take a bit to see where those go.

The dark side, of course, is the massively increased deficit. The Democrats are refusing to address this huge problem in Trump's strategy, probably because their plans involve increasing it as well (M4A, college loan forgiveness).
