That being said, all of the proposals I have seen from bingbong and other leftists on OTChat do not pass constitutional muster.

Agreed. But the Supreme Court has never objected to:

- Training requirements
- Criminal background checks
- Registration of weapons
- Rigid regulation of arms dealers

Further, none of these infringes on the right to bear arms.
