No, he was the first DA of the original Law & Order (if you exclude the pilot). Then came Dianne Wiest who played DA Nora Lewin (including cameo by Rudy Giuliani, whose ex-wife Donna Hanover played a Judge on Law & Order). After Wiest was former Senator Fred Thompson as DA Arthur Branch. In the end was Sam Waterston as DA Jack McCoy. |
