West Africans, and their descendants, are NOT Nubians. Nubians are from southern Egypt and Sudan. That's like saying a white person of Danish ancestry is a Roman or Greek.Who are "you folk"? Shouldn't it be "us folk"? Are you lumping all whites together? My ancestors didn't arrive in NY until the late 1800s to early 1900s, decades after slavery. |
