You have to be the dumbest cunt short of bingbong. Yes, the Justice Department IG is the only person prohibiting the naming of a whistle-blower and even that prohibition is not absolute. I realize I'd be possibly liable for it if you killed yourself at my request but I wouldn't shed a tear if you got hit by a fucking train.
