Neither term actually fits the Narrative.
Quid Pro Quo Is the action,but to your average American,it sounds like legalise nonsense.
The Term that would Clearly drive home the Point would be
"Extortion".
Again..far too heavy a Narrative, and predominantly shocking to the average American.
Which puzzles me.
America by now should be use to anything that comes down the pike.
Especially when it comes to the current political climate. S

So, Officials should have called this Extortion, tossing out right wing
