Yes, he was not found guilty but he was charged with an actual crime.Civics 101. Congress is a co-equal branch of government. If the president blocks a subpoena, it must go to court. Then if the court rules in favor of Congress, and if the president still refuses to comply, that could be a crime. So, once again, WABB |
