My landlord and business clients are getting killed by legislation coming down from Albany. In addition to what I have spoken about previously on here, LLC developers of real estate are now being adversely impacted with new requirements that the names of the investors be disclosed with the TP-584. I have people threatening to pull all of their money from these. Not to mention wasted money on TDS litigation rather than using that money to cut taxes. The extreme state taxes are driving people away and legislature is doing nothing about that. |
