Considering what a misanthropic person Bevin is. And that he was 15 percent behind in the polls before the election. And that he is very disliked. And that Beshear is the son of a once governor, and way more personable, the only thing to see here is that it's amazing how close it actually is. Only 4500-5000 votes. That's nothing. Be in should have lost way harder than that
