I see Warren winning the nomination by way of the clown car effect. If Biden crashes and burns, his supporters may be divided, given Warren a plurality. Even though Democrats have a proportional primary system, which lessens the effect, they may be forced by a vocal minority to choose the candidate with the plurality even though that doesn't make sense.

This effect is how Trump won.
