TENANT: I haven't had heat in six weeks. I'm calling the city.

LANDLORD: Listen, you fucking illegal alien, shut the fuck up and be glad I allow you to live here. Otherwise, I'll call ICE, and you'll wish you were back here freezing.

TENANT: I apologize for my attitude, sir. I'll just buy extra blankets and wear my coat inside.
