I've yet to find a white republican city controlling a black city. The city council is black. The sheriff is. The cops. The judges are (including one crazy who thought he could abolish the death penalty unilaterally), and on and on.I heard Philadelphia has a white mayor now. But really, that's rare and only due to the unions. |
