Given Trump's well-documented history of wanton cruelty towards the vulnerable and marginalized, it's not hard to imagine what such "facilities" will be like.

Homeless people do need to be off the streets, but not as test subjects in Trump's human punishment lab. He's already experimenting with how children respond to being caged like rabid animals.
