No. They bought a voice recognition company which means that they still intend to use voice at the drive-through, it's just that it will be a robot instead of a person.Interestingly, some drive through restaurants route the drive through intercom to a remote call center, so I'm not sure how much of an improvement a fully automated system would be. |
