Not to mention that it completely makes the votes worthless in the lopsided vote states, both red and blue. Texas is equally worthless on the red side as California is on the blue.Basically, the EC priorities the votes of people in some states over others, the validity of the votes in these states being arbitrary at best. Why are the votes of people in the large cities of Columbus, Miami and Philadelphia more important than the votes of the many rural areas in places like Texas or California? |
