Yes it is. Liberal government is ignoring;

Homelessness and tent cities
Urine and feces in the street.
Open use of drugs and streets full of discarded needles.

All in favor of dealing with PC speech about criminals. After all, criminals feelings are more important than the well being of the tax payers. They are liberals in charge.
