Are you saying the non-voting Republicans in cities are so stupid don't vote even when their vote would make a difference?

Because otherwise your assertion is provably wrong.

For example, those NYC Republicans who supposedly sit out presidential elections would have done their best to keep de Blasio's and Cuomo's vote totals down.
