Fool, the evidence proved he was guilty. A jury pronounced the verdict. Multiple appeals by Swearingen to overturn the verdict were denied, including by SCOTUS. His requests over the years for stay of execution were not based on "multiple forensic scientists" showing he was already in jail at the time of the murder; the requests usually involved claims of flaws in the interpretation of the forensic evidence.So once again, your "source" was proven wrong. LOL ROFL |
