But Contempt is not often used, and it's only for short periods.If you're going to mass incarcerate on contempt, you got an out of control judge. Coincidently I just read this morning about a guy who was guilty of poisoning a famous tree, and ordered to pay 800k. Judge is asking why only 5k has been paid so far. These student loans ain't nothing. Now, if anyone has a problem with private companies doing student loans; blame the Democrats. At first it was all of these companies that appeared overnight for LBJ. And then it was old Bill who did it to student loans. Who knows how much cronyism happened in between. |
