This is kind of what happened in Baltimore after Freddie Grey. There was (justified) riotingInstant fail. The First Amendment indicates no right to riot, and rioting is never justified. In fact, the Constitution allows for the suspension of the writ of habeas corpus to restore "the public safety" in the case of rioting. And no, no such behavior was justified in response to what happened to Freddie Gray. Try learning the facts there. |
