Have you heard of Miami? It has one of the largest Israeli populations outside of Israel and has three nonstop flights a week to Tel Aviv. If American decided it was worth ending its standoff with TWA's former employees in Israel and restarted its service there, then there would be even more options from Miami. Also, one can fly JetBlue to JFK or BOS and then switch to El Al there via a codeshare. No need to go via Orlando, which isn't a hub for anyone.
