The real issue is that the founder of Chick-fil-A has certain values and gives support to those views. To the best of my knowledge there is no bar to employing gays at Chick-fil-A nor are members of the LGTBQEIEIO community refused service at Chick-fil-A. The issues seem to be imaginary , created to protest the founders private views.
